Ronald travels throughout the United States, cold calling on law enforcement professionals; promoting Eagles Industries as a brand. While working, he meets with old clients and potential new clients presenting them with strategic planning goals that include revenue building products for sales personnel to develop. So he meets with both sales teams and law enforcement professionals to tell them about what Eagles Industries Unlimited has to offer.

In Iraq, Ronald worked in close alliance with combat soldiers. Ronald Fowlkes was already invested in the law enforcement arena, so it was a seamless transition, after his last tour of duty, to move into that career field.

So, it only made sense when it came time for him to build a new career that he combined the experience he gained in the military with his background as a police officer. It was a fluid, linear career, which saw him move into a career making cold call sales pitches to other law enforcement professionals. Because, Ronald knew firsthand about the products and equipment necessary to detect illegal gun trafficking, survive street gang gun battles, and how to negotiate real life hostage situations and interactions with threats.

While serving four years in the Marines, Ronald used tactical equipment very similar to what he sells now. After completing his term, and a career in law enforcement, which lasted for nearly a decade and a half, Ronald Fowlkes became a Certified Safety Battle Expert and Certified Tactical Rifle Expert. In summary, it was his law enforcement training that helped Ronald develop the confidence to perform such tasks as, hostage negotiating and evidence collection. Ronald not only expanded his knowledge base; but he also found himself naturally in a position to teach others how to survive using reactive shooting and defensive tactics. These are the skills associated with advanced law enforcement training that include tactical rifle and shoot house.
