Dr. Jennifer Walden is among the 851 female cosmetic plastic surgeons in the country. Walden specializes in body contouring, breast augmentations, eyelid lifts, face lifts, gynecomastia, and nose lifts. She is a certified member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and has been practicing for eight years now.
Walden has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and a Medical Doctorate honors from the University of Texas. She graduated as a salutatorian at the university’s medical branch and served as the President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Texas chapter. Jennifer Walden went to the coveted Plastic Surgery Associates, Miami for her external internship.
After her residency, she moved to New York as a fellow at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. Throughout the fellowship, she was exposed to the best knowledge and technology in aesthetic plastic surgery and interacted with experts in the field. Dr. Walden was also the Program Director of the fellowship. She also worked at the Lenox Hill hospital. In 2004, she received the Best Scientific Exhibit award by a candidate from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Currently, Dr. Walden runs Walden Cosmetic Surgery Center and operates her office from the Westlake Medical Center. She relocated back to her native home in Austin, Texas. She is the current Vice Commissioner of Communications at the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and learn more about Dr. Walden.
Dr. Walden uses her own experiences as female and mother as motivation and an advantage while attending to female patients. She understands the body changes that occur after birth and the pressure that comes with wanting a perfect body. Her main objective is to help other women, improve themselves, have a better quality of life and improve their self-confidence and Dr. Walden’s lacrosse camp.
