Tammy Mazzocco is a likable and very successful residential real estate professional in Central Ohio. She sells in four counties, and that makes her a busy person as there is a fairly large area to cover.
2016 was a good year for real estate sales in Central Ohio because there were plenty of jobs and people had the cash to buy Homes. But along about November, a shortage of properties appeared which slowed the market down considerably.
Mazzocco doesn’t worry much about general market fluctuations, though because there is not much that an individual can do about them. She does take charge of her abilities however and manages that side of the equation very well. She starts her day with some stretching exercises, meditation, and then an hour or so of paperwork. Then she is on the phone lining up prospective buyers for appointments. She is shooting for someone each day to spend time with and showing them properties.
Tammy knows that if she can get someone on the phone, there is an even chance that she can meet them personally and take them on a tour of prospective properties. This gives her a better than even chance of making a sale.
Mazzocco is a goal setter, and she likes to break her goals down into smaller steps so that they are easier to achieve. Her style is not to take herself too seriously but just to do her job and serve the customer. If she focuses on the clients’ issues during the sales process as opposed to her own, she finds that a sale almost happens automatically.
Tammy likes to emphasize that she owes a lot of her successful career to the suggestions and guidance of many of her co-workers and managers over the years. She claims that a good idea needs to be tried and if it works, perfected.
